PAX Innovations (Shenzhen) Limited, including its subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices (hereinafter referred to as "PAX"), deeply recognizes the profoundly detrimental impact that commercial corruption can have on the industry, market, society, and the company's own development. PAX adheres to integrity in its operations and upholds business ethics, strictly complying with the anti-corruption laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdictions where it operates, including China's anti-corruption laws and regulations, the European Union's anti-corruption laws and regulations, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the U.K. Bribery Act 2010. PAX resolutely opposes corruption and prohibits any form of bribery in its business activities.

PAX consistently implements proactive and effective management measures to prevent commercial corruption. PAX requires all employees to strictly adhere to this Integrity Statement prohibiting employees or authorized representatives from engaging in any form of bribery of government officials or other third-party entities and individuals. PAX also mandates that employees or authorized representatives refuse and report to the company any attempts by other business partners to offer bribes, gifts, or convey benefits in any form. PAX has established various mechanisms for reporting integrity violations and offers rewards for reporting. When engaging in business collaborations with partners, PAX also requires compliance with this Integrity Statement through contractual clauses and corresponding procedures.
